The Opportunity:

Kembali is on a mission to redefine the world’s relationship with water — starting right here in Bali. We’re bringing a circular, closed-loop bottled water system to Bali that eliminates single-use plastics and gives back to the island through community impact.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic storyteller who can help us bring this vision to life across Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you’ll capture the heart of Kembali’s movement — from Bali’s everyday beauty to the people and purpose behind the brand.

You’ll create, post, and manage inspiring social content that grows awareness, drives engagement, and builds a digital community around conscious water consumption and local innovation. This is more than a marketing role — it’s a chance to be part of a movement redefining sustainability and show the world

Desired Deliverables:

• Develop and execute a creative content strategy for Instagram and TikTok aligned with Kembali’s mission and tone.
• Produce 4 high-quality posts per week (mix of reels, short-form videos, stories, and photos) on Instagram.
• Track engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build authentic relationships with the community.
• Create one hero brand video (1–2 minutes) showcasing Kembali’s story, values, and impact — for use in sales decks and on the website.
• Manage content organization using Google Drive or Notion and collaborate through Slack.
• Join weekly 1-hour strategy meetings (Mondays) and weekly review sessions (Fridays) to discuss performance metrics, engagement insights, and next week’s plan.
• Present end-of-month reports summarizing engagement data, growth, and recommendations.
• Apply creative frameworks (UGC, testimonial, CTA-led, value prop, before & afters, etc.)
