The Opportunity:

We’re looking for Field Sales Associates who thrive on human connection, have a natural curiosity about people, and can bring energy and authenticity to every conversation.

Your mission: to go out into Bali’s hospitality scene — cafés, restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, and shops — and start real conversations about sustainability and circularity. Your goal isn’t to “hard sell,” but to listen, learn, and spark interest in Kembali’s story. Every meaningful conversation leads to a follow-up meeting with Sydney (Founder) — and you’ll be the one who makes that happen.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our local movement — the bridge between Bali’s business community and a new way forward for sustainable water.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent Kembali in-person across Bali’s hospitality and retail sectors
• Approach 20+ businesses daily to introduce Kembali’s mission and reusable water service
• Build authentic relationships — understand their current bottled water operations, pain points, and sustainability goals
• Educate prospects on how Kembali works and the impact of joining the circular system
• Gather detailed contact info and book 1:1 follow-up calls with the Founder
• Maintain organized records of all outreach in Google Sheets or CRM
• Share insights and feedback from the field to help improve marketing and product strategy
• Participate in:
  • Weekly strategy meetings (1 hour)
  • Weekly review + metrics sessions (1 hour)
  • Occasional team content sessions (photo/video storytelling from the field)
